           ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Sessions are either 30 or 60 long with exclusive access to the gym. You will work with me on a variety of training techniques that I prescribe and implement   to meet your specific needs and achieve your goals. These training methods may include:

 

  • Strength/ resistance training (mass & sculpting)

  • Cardiovascular training (high and low intensity)

  • Flexibility and stretching

  • Core stability

 

You will also be offered a weekly program which includes exercises and training options that can be done in addition to your scheduled training sessions. This will ultimately increase your chance of success.

Similarly you will be offered nutritional advice which plays a vital part in reaching your health and fitness goals.

CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH ADD ON

           

With all of the information out there today about what's the best diet, what to eat, what not to eat it can be very overwhelming. However,  to get the most out of your training nutritious eating habits are essential.

Alongside your training you have the added option of nutrition coaching which will go hand in hand with achieving fantastic results. A time is set aside specifically dedicated to teaching you to plan and follow a path that will lead you to your results. Being certified by Precision Nutrition, one of the most respected organisations we can work together to holistically reach your physical, mental and behavioural goals for lifelong happiness and success.

           PARTNER TRAINING

You have the option to train with a friend/family member at no extra cost!!!! Sessions are still 30 or 60 min long and will run the same as a one on one session however you will have a friend along for the ride. This doesn't mean you can slack off for half the session, there are many ways that the sessions will be structured to make sure everyone is getting the most out of their workout.
