My name is Gemma, I am a qualified personal trainer with 15 years experience and a busy mum of three children.


My journey in the health and fitness industry began with the completion of a four year Bachelor of Secondary Education degree specialising in health and physical education. After gaining experience working in this area but with a passion of health and exercise I decided to focus specifically on training of clients in a personal trainers role. This lead me to complete my certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and qualify in several aspects of personal training to provide the best possible training and advice to my clients. Since then I have had extensive experience working in the traditional gym environment and have worked as a mobile personal trainer, training clients in their own homes as well as outdoors in local parks and most recently adapting to zoom coaching and custom online training.


I have established a fully equipped studio for exclusive use in the Tuart Ridge Estate of Baldivis Western Australia. I am also located directly opposite a fabulous park which can also be a place to train on occasions.


Whilst the experience of training in several different locations has enabled me to extend and expand my training methods and knowledge I have since found there to be many benefits for myself and my clients from training in my home studio. These include:


  • No fight for equipment as in over crowded gyms during peak periods

  • No need to perform in public view

  • No annual gym fees

  • No environmental impact- ability to train rain, hail or shine

  • Exclusive attention


Along with personal training I am also a qualified Metafit, Metapwr, Metapro, Fatburn Extreme instructor, body building coach, certified nutrition coach and vinyasa yoga teacher.


Throughout my career I have trained a variety of clients varying in age, gender, goals and desires. I have helped clients reach their required fitness levels to qualify for the police force and defence force. I also have experience training clients with variety of common injuries, such as knee, shoulder and back problems and have structured and implemented many programs to cater for women during and after pregnancy.


I am very passionate about fitness and exercise and enjoy coaching clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
