BENEFITS OF METAFIT/ METAPWR/ METAPRO

1. Uses large muscle groups which means 'more bang for your buck'- that is you work a few muscles simultaneously

2. High intensity anaerobic exercise that makes you breathless. From a 1 to 10 scale you aim to work at a minimum of 8.

3. Helps create a burning sensation in your muscles as you are working out building your threshold. 

4. The calorie burn during the 30-minute workout is easily around 500 calories, but it also increases metabolic rate from anywhere between 10% to 25% for up to 24 hours, equating to hundreds of extra calories being burnt whilst resting!

Metafit is a 30 min max workout based on the principals of Tabata Training and High Intensity Training (HIIT) consisting of short intense bouts of exercises followed but short rest periods. Exercises are all body-weight so no equipment is necessary.

 

           METAPWR 🔥🔥🔥

Metapwr is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout following the same concept at Metafit but also combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises.  

           METAPRO 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Similar to Metafit however with a more advanced program structure to replicate as close as possible the true tabata protocol of 170% VO2 max - 'Known as Metafit on Steroids'

BOOTCAMP 🔥🔥

 

Held outdoors this session is a group session catering for large numbers. It is a dynamic workout consisting of various training methods such as boxing, running, lifting, pulling, throwing etc. A fun way to workout with friends in a large open space. VINYASA YOGA 🔥🔥

Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful form of yoga that will make you sweat and get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. Poses are done in a sequence and flow from one to the other, like a rhythmic dance with breath as you inhale and exhale into each pose. When done fast it is known as Power Vinyasa yoga.
